Pushups, Chin-ups, Dips, or Bench presses with a 3 lead CRT-D installed? I'll ask my EP next time we chat, but that could be awhile. I just had it installed on 9/19/2014, so I do realize that there is a bit more waiting time before these activities should possibly begin.

I do all of those exercises but I do modify the bench press to be safe. Rather than use a barbell I use dumbbells to avoid hitting the PM. It might be overkill but my coaches feel better safe than sorry and I still get a great workout with the dumbbells.

After the initial restrictions (about 6 weeks), the main issue is probably avoiding any direct impact to the PM site. Some movements may pull a bit around the site and scar, which may also add some limitation. My implant is sub-pectoral, and is very well protected. At 5 months in I have no limitations, and I do a lot of Crossfit, amongst other stuff.
Assuming you've no other underlying issues, and once you get the nod to get back to normal, the main advice would be take it steady and listen to your body. Make sure you've got mobility back before adding significant weights. I had to build up push-ups and particularly dips over a few weeks - my chest certainly ached a bit the first few sets! If it hurts, back off a bit.
If you're 'surface mount' rather than sub-pectoral, I can imagine it'll be different in the way the skin and muscles push and pull around the PM, which may be better for some movements, or worse for others. I've nothing o compare it with! That said, there's plenty of folk on here keeping very active post op.
Aside from that, while you're waiting, keep mobile within the movement limitations you've been given, and be patient!
