Hello! I will be traveling to Disney World next month and we will be wearing magic bands with RFI technology to get onto rides, get into our hotel room, pay for meals, etc..... They said that we can change to another card when we arrive that uses different technology but won't interact with the park when they send out information like the magic band does. I cannot seem to get more information from anyone at Disney. Do you know whether or not these are dangerous to wear with my dual lead pacemaker? I am 100% dependent and will have 2 young children depending on me while I am there. Thanks in advance for any information you have that might help me.

Hello-- I was in Disney World 2 weeks ago and wore the bracelet. No problems at all. Actually I never even thought about my PM being a problem. I enjoyed my time with the kids and grandkids. You should too!

Talked to an engineer

Talked to an engineer on this forum who works around high voltage. Up in the thousands of volts range. No problems.
Regularly go past two broadcasting TV towers. Broadcasting in the thousands of watts range. No problems.
The Disney RFI bracelet doesn't have enough power nor does it have the right frequency to come anywhere close to what would bother your PM.
Watch your kids. Enjoy your trip. Take plenty of pictures. All too soon they'll be grown up.

I was at Disney World in 2013 and wore the band without any difficulty. Never even thought about it. Have fun
