Somebody asked if it's ok to ride horses with a pacemaker. My doc told me I could return to normal activities after the incision healed, his only concern was the lead disconnecting. I'm an avid rider, ride for hours at a time as well as doing dressage (with lots of sitting trot). No problems! So grateful for the pacemaker!

My pacemaker was installed in 1998 and I have not felt better. The mental part is the toughest.
How long

How long after getting the PM were you able to ride? Did you have any other issues before getting the PM?
Would like to know as the forum gets quite a few questions from riders. Knowing how soon you can ride after getting the PM is a big help. Knowing how fast you ride and what issues would be a help. Hopefully you'll stay available to the forum to help.
Glad you were able to get back to riding.
