HAS ANYONE HAD A PROBLEM USING THE MERLIN HOME MONITOR? WE HAVE HAD 2 AND ARE UNABLE TO GET THE DEVICES TO WORK. WE RRECENTLY WERE SENT A NEW ONE AND IT DOESN'T WORK EITHER.
