I have that model pacemaker also. It seems to be working well and my EP was very pleased with the first evaluation.
Since my 2210 was installed so recently, I doubt that it is on any recall lists. If it was, they would not be continuing to install that model. However, I have been curious about what the differences in models are and how the EP makes a model choice.

The serial numbers are all on the pacer id card that is sent after implant. If you call them, they'll tell you if it's on the recall list. They keep all of the serial numbers by patient name.

I have a 2210 implant. Wonderful PM. You should take out the card you received when your PM was implanted and read it. All info about your st. Jude is on that card including leads. You should carry that card on your person at all times. Hope that helps.
