I am paced 100% of the time at 70 bpm in lower chamber per an AV Node ablation and sometimes I have problems with PAC and PVC. Apparently the pacemaker I am using (pm 2210) is recognizing these as heart beats and is causing my pulse to drop down into the 30's. Anyone have these issues?

I am no expert, but I believe that without the defibrillator that I have, I would be dead.

The operable word here is "Premature."
Since they come before expected by the PM, it can do NOTHING about them. HOWEVER - the Pm will recognize them & dutifully note their existence & report them on the next data download.
Your PM can only fix events that will be late or are not going to happen.
