You don't give us any information

You don't give us any information so it's a little hard to get specific.
If you have just had the PM implanted, you can only do minimal exercise until the surgical scar has healed and the leads are incorporated by your body. That's within the 4-6 week range.
Post 4-6 week range is gentle exercise increasing in intensity as long as you feel good doing it. That's up to the one year mark. At that time you should be able to exercise as much as you want.
Just about any kind of exercise regimen is acceptable as long as you aren't pulling on the leads or get into a situation where there are direct blows to the PM. The direct blows probably won't hurt the PM but they could dislodge the leads and it would really hurt a lot.
For example, I can throw the ball for the dog as much as I want and as hard as I want. I'm past the year mark. No problem. However I'd hesitate to join an amateur baseball team and start pitching. Just too much stress on the leads. Pitching may not affect them, but I really wouldn't want to put that much stress on them.
Hope you're able to get to your exercise regimen soon.
