Pacemaker thumping

Had a new pacemaker almost one year ago, and yesterday and today pacemaker, is visible in my chest with beats, is that normal? thanks

Hi mine does it every now and then, especially after a long gym session. My tech says it is just the blood pumping. However, as with any health issue, if you are worried check with the doctor.
