July 15, 2015 , first hours of the St Jude two lead PM, implanted subcutaneously below the left side collarbone .. I was strongly(IMO) advised not to do anything but lay around like a vegetable for many weeks (about 8) ..
Yesterday, I used the Simplicity ZT1644 mower for 30 minutes , easy, no strain, 90% one hand operation ..
But, with the pull hard to start equipment (mower, shredder, blower, etc.) a different story .. this may be too much strain/stress on the left side shoulder .. I was told NOT to do any portside pitching .. for two months ..
At the Holy Spirit, there is so much stress and fear - primarily with pulling out the PM wires .. understandable, to an extent ..

I cannot , will not pull out the PM leads ..This would be disastrous ..
I appreciate the responses ..
My heart is strong, but its control was "lazy" .. too lazy . and causing me to be lazy and then outright sick (no appetite, no energy) for the month of July ..
June ??? I know not ..
Bradycardia and sick sinus were oft mentioned
Thanks again for the responses , I'll not be pulling starter ropes until 15 Sept .Following healing instructions .. more or less .. am I .
You know you're wired when...
You play MP3 files on your pacer.

I finished 29th in London in 2 hours 20 minutes 30 seconds which is my fastest with or without a device so clearly it didnt slow me down ! I had no problems apart from some slight chaffing on my scar - more Vaseline next time.
I use a pushmower

and I have had no problems. It's a 22 inch mower, nothing special, and truth be told, I feel better after working up a good sweat and the yard looks great!
