I would like to know tricep weight training for my jiggle arms. I always do tricep extension (leaning over one), but its not working. What ones do you recommend for a women ?

That makes it more of a challenge! A good workout uses core/abs for everything. Skip the bottom 3 I gave you for now, lol,they're all heavy core. Good for you for pushing through and working around it.

Thanks Tracy ! I will review them. I am still working out the intercoastal muscle strain. So, I cannot do much ...I even did the recumb bike and my abs hurt. I have always been someone that works my abs doing everything.

Up the weight on the one you're doing if what you are doing is not accomplishing anything. Are you leaning over the correct amount? Not enough and it doesn't work your triceps, too much and it's bad for your back. Or try it sitting up with your arms straight overhead, then bend your arm at the elbow and lower the weight behind you.
