Yea, I will try the Russian twists in a couple of weeks. Still babying intercoastal muscle, doing a little less rotation. My upper neck under chin is starting to sag, so want to do something about it.

I do them. Also bent and from a push up :). There are mixed opinions on how safe weights are, but you won't do any damage with hand weights.

I was doing sit ups with a medicine ball this morning and could feel it in my chin every time I smacked the ball on the floor over my head, much more so than a regular sit up. Thought of you :o)
