I am using 25. 30. and 35lb dumbells on a flat bench for presses and flies with no problem. Also using 80, 90 and 100 on the lat pull down and 30ld dumbells for lateral raises. Just stay in your comfort zone and increase gradually. I started light and am gradually increasing weight every few weeks. Dont forget some type of cardio as well. For me its the bike and brisk walking due to tender knees. Happy to say that the weights seem to get easier every week!

It is just over 10 years since a dual lead device was implanted for complete heart block. It has worked perfectly and I have traveled well near two million miles internationally since then.

Once you get past the 6 weeks, you can do anything you want with a handweight as long as it doesn't hurt.
