Ruff 3 days

For last 3 days I have been having. Tightness in chest,short breath when talk or when working..I have fealt my pacemaker speeding up my heart more,than my heart will go to beat fast and feels at times like fish flopping around..my chest gets so sore during The few breaks between episodes,and at night as lay down feels like pacemaker stays on.they have checked settings and says all ls like it should be.I got in from work yesterday weighed 215 when went to bed weighed 221..ready to pull my hair out,has any one else been tru any of this or got any in put thank you

You need to be seen asap. Don't assume it's the pacer, esp with the weight gain.
