Pacemaker removed due to infection

Hey looking for some advice, I got my first pacemaker not November which was removed due to infection just 2 weeks ago , the pacemaker was placed in the other side the same time as the old one was removed, finished antibiotics and the old wound were it was removed burst open which is what happened the first time but I have also developed a hard huge lump were the pacemaker used to be. Has anyone had this happen
