I have my new Medtronic dual chamber dual pacing mri compatible pacemaker installed on January 11. I am 58 and half years old now. I lead an active life. I am wondering if I will be able to resume yoga exercise. If I avoid doing vigorous right arm movement ( Pacemaker fitted on the right side), should. I be able to do asanas as I did before? Please help and guide de me

I agree with silver star that checking with your doctor first is always a good idea..
However, I also have a Medtronic Dual as well, implanted in February 2015, and I feel well enough to be comfortable with gentle yoga exercises.
go for it

As long as you're cleared for exercise, do whatever you want. Listen to your body, if something doesn't feel right then back off. Where it's placed and your build will determine how much you will be able to do but most of us have no limitations

I am in a very similar situation. Would love to hear others experience about when they picked up yoga again and if they felt comfortable with downward dog and other stretching exercises.

The pacer systems are really very reliable. The main problem is the incompetent programming of them. If yours is working well for you, get on with life and enjoy it. You probably are more at risk of problems with a valve job than the pacer.

I take yoga classes. I waited about 6 months after getting my pacemaker. I also tell new instructors that I have a pacemaker. That way they understand why I do not do full stretches on my left side. My advice is to get the green light from your Doctor and then listen to your body and discuss your limitations with your teacher.
