I had a pacemaker implant summer 2015 (with adjustment in October 2015), including a defibulator and a synchronizer. The last 2, 3 months I noticed my blood pressure on the rise. I have been taking lisinopril to regulate my BP for several years, but now it doesn't seem effective. The upper number bounces around 160-200, and the lower number is mid 90's. Any suggestions or explanations?

Very High

200 is very high and needs to be treated.
And usually the diastolic is also high. Having that much of a difference between the systolic and diastolic is unusual.
You need to be checked for secondary causes such as blocked kidney artery or adrenal gland problems.
You need to see your cardiologist and possibly a hypertension specialist.

Ian is right, you may need the lisinopril dosage increased. I'm on Lisinopril and they had to give me 40 mg to lower my BP because the lower doses weren't working.

I never required BP meds until I had my PM implanted. I had to go to the ER earlier this week when my BP rose to 209/107 I am now on FOUR BP meds a day, one causing severe nausea and jaw bone pain - but only med working

See your doctor ! You may need to have the dosage of lisinopril increased or to have another blood pressure drug in addition.
Blood pressure does increase with age but there could be loads of other causes; usually the cause is never found. Probably nothing whatsoever to do with your PM.
You certainly need to get your BP down though if the figures you quote are at rest.
Best of luck
