electric stabbing pain

Hello everyone,
I've had my last pacemaker on april 2011 I have complete heart block. My concern is that sometimes I feel stabbing pain like electric shock under my arm and sometimes in the heart area.It doesn't happen frequently and lasts for a short time but it's concerning me.I'm having an appointment with my Dr. next week but I would like to have your opinions about that and has anyone felt this way?Is it something serious ? because everytime I feel it I panic and start to think that I'm having a heart attack!

Hello serah28 .
I had my pm first installed in 2013 , I obtained complete heart block sometime after , I also get a very sharp electrifying pain under my arm near the pm, less frequently in center of my chest . It is not very often ( maybe once a month) but it gives me anxiety . I plan to bring it up with my ep doc this Friday . Good to hear I'm not alone with this .

new update!

Hope to hear something helpful from you Dr dear..I just called my dr since I couln't wait till tuesday (my appointment date) and I asked him about that pain and I described how I'm feeling. He asked me if the area of the PM is red and I told him that it isn't so he told me to rub it with a wet towel with pressing and just wait until he checks it on tuesday! I don't know how I'm going to wait until then with this pain honestly.

I went to the doctor..

Today I went to the doctor..he checked my PM everything was ok,it was functioning normally.then I think he used a defibrillator to check my heart muscle and it was working just fine! However he found that my heart is skipping beats .He told me it's not because of heart or my PM,I didn't understand what was the reason honestly but he didn't seem to be very concerned,He prescribed Concor(2.5mg)/day and told me that all what I'm feeling right now is because of that and when I told him I thought I had a heart attack he told me just stop googling! I do trust my Dr. so I think I should relax but I'm still a bit worried about the heart attack thing though I know that maybe I should just rule it out since my heart muscle seems fine so maybe that's a proof that I didn't have any heart attack right? I mean he must have checked that..yeah I am a bit obsessed I know..
