It has to be totally frustrating for you trying to get medical advice and support when you are on your death bed and you find no one is listening after 3 years of complaining...then again you must admit 3 years dying might be a bit much. Hang in, keep the faith, sooner or later you'll be proven right.
I'm not trying to be mean or cruel, just get you to wake up to the fact the problems you've identified over the past 3 years here are relatively minor and you are being melodramatic about it. Sounds like a presidential campaign speech. It does appear you need medical help but that's beyond our purview
Many Factors

It depends on multple factors. The type of both vascular and electrical problems you have, you overall health, and genetics....there's much more to this.
One of the key indicators is your heart's ejection fraction. top is 75%. anything above 50-55% is normal. You can have multiple heart issues including coronary artery disease, have had heart attacks, have blockages, and rhythm issues but still have a preserved ejection fraction.
No one can predict, but the higher the ejection fraction, the better. Making sure and keeping your kidneys health also makes a big impacts. Opening any severe blockages in the coronary arteries contributes as well. I've had my dual chamber which paces the atrium about 70% of the time for almost 6 years. Concentrate on life, always report to the doc if something changes or don't feel good, and keep positive.
Best of luck!

None of us knows the future, all we can do is take care of ourselves and hope for the best. How efficiently the heart pumps is important, it means the heart muscle is strong and can do its job. Many of us are much older than you, have been paced a lot longer than you, pace more than you, have other complications ... and are still healthy and active. I'm not 60 yet but I have every intention of getting there and beyond. I asked my doctor once if this would shorten my life, he said no. Eat well, exercise often, get regular check ups and listen to your doctor and you'll give yourself the best possible chance. The rest is out of our hands.
