I just had my new Medtronic PM installed 3 days ago, I am having a strange sensation when I stand, walk, and for a few minutes once I sit down. It is hard to describe. It feels like a pulse and it makes me momentarily dizzy, and I can feel it most in my head but also my hands and feet. Like it is affecting my nerves, it also effects my hearing (I can hear a pulse as it happens). I started last night only happening a few times, but this morning it seems worse. Strangest thing ever and I can not find anything online that fits. I am hoping someone else might have experienced this and can shed some light.

I have similar symptoms, when I stand up too quick (postural hypotension) I can get very dizzy. Sometimes when walking I feel a very slight dizziness but it's almost more of a vertigo feeling. I can also hear my pulse (usually in my right ear) at times which I believe is high blood pressure.
I notice I have these symptoms more when not treating my body right.
All I can recommend is getting your body on a proper sleep schdule, make sure you are getting enough fluids (preferably water). Also make sure you are eating enough calories, this helped me significantly with the postural hypotension. If possible try to eat healthier.
