Having pinching problems

hi I'm new to the website. My mom found this site while looking up pinching in my pacemaker. I have had my pacemaker for 2 years. Now all of a sunder I started having pinching up by the batter box. Has anyone had that problem? If you have what have you done for it? I'm have been taking Advil for a week now. It would come and goes. Yesterday I was riding my horse it started and then went away then as soon i was done riding it got so bad to were I had to lie down and a friend had to call my mom and a friend dropped me home. I'm seeing the dr tomorrow. I hope that it's nothing serious. Please give me some advice thanks

its very annoying but it hasn't been so bad.  Basically I try and ignore it.
