They had a hard time setting my pacemaker . I kept feeling this horrible thumping sensation which drove me insane.Then they tried lowering the voltage and I still felt it. Seems that they had one of my leads too close to my stomach muscle.So they had to move one of the leads and now everthing is fine.No more thumping. Now I forget I even have a pacemaker.I hope you don't have the same problem. Some times it takes a few adjustments before they get it right. I hope you got some info. Good luck!
