My 11yr old son and I went to 3 Days Grace,Seether,& Econoline Crush. The first few songs had me feeling kinda weird, but I just relaxed and enjoyed the show. I may have found another addiction........Anyone else experience concerts after pacer? Any side effects or everything normal?

If you have the rate response activated in your pacer, the vibration of your body produced by one of those monster speakers can drive your HR to the upper limit. Staying back a ways will save your hearing as well as keep the pacer happy. Of course it probably won't make your 11yr old happy!!!

I was at a concert Saturday night and I just stayed back away from the speakers and everything was great. I have read that being too close to the speakers can cause a problem. I haven't found too many things that I have had to give up because of my PM, maybe just a few small adjustments like not sitting in the closest seats at a concert. It will probably save our hearing in the long run!
