Depends on the make model and manufacturer and even date of manufacture.
My previous was: Lithium/silver vanadium oxide.
Current device is: silver vanadium oxide/carbon monoflouride.
You have to dig but the info is on manufacturers web sites

According to the device manual for my Medtronic Viva Quad-XT. it uses a Hybrid CFx lithium/silver vanadium oxide. Though I have no idea what other devices or manufacturers may use.
