I’d like to buy an Apple Watch, but can’t seem to find an answer to a very important question for me... can you set an alarm on the Watch so that it will warn you before you hit your ceiling while you are exercising? I see that it will warn you if your heart rate spikes during inactivity, but I need to know this while I’m running. I’ve hit my ceiling before, and I don’t want to do that again.
Thanks!

There is an app called cardiogram that works with the watch. It gives a lot more info than the built in heart rate app. I do not see an additional alarm feature but you can easily set it so that you can see your heart rate any time you glance down.
