Merlin

Twice i have seen a bright flash of light from the Merlin area in my room.  It is very bright and very fast.  Anyone know what it is?

Yeah, I see that once in a while too.  I think it's telling you that the hand unit is off its cradle. My assumption, with nothing to back it up, is that the hand unit isn't connecting well with the base and it's telling you that it needs to be reconnected to keep it charged.  I just jiggle the hand unit and it seems to stop.
