It sounds like you have SSS? The R in DDDR means rate response, which is the atrial lead. If that is the case, the atrial lead is doing all the work, the ventricular lead is mostly to provide information. As long as the atrial lead is the one working, you should be good to go.

The first two letters indicate the pacing mode.  The first letter denotes which chamber(s) are paced and the second, which chamber is sensed.

A=Atrium

V=Ventricle

D=Dual

Obviously, missing a lead (either) you can't be paced DDxx, rather it would be AAxx or VVxx.   That doesn't mean it's very bad but more information is needed.

BTW, the third letter in the code is:

I= Inhibited (if heart's pulse is sensed, the pacemaker's is inhibited)

T=Triggered (if the heart's pulse is sensed, the pacemaker triggers at the appropriate time anyway)

D=Dual (the pacemaker decides which of the above modes to use)

Not all combinations of these three modes are used.

The RA lead is removed. I have the Left bundle branch block. Irregular heartbeats and that too on lower side.

If I understand you corrrectly, you seem to think a DDDR is a kind of pacemaker. It isn't. 

Pacemakers can be either single lead or dual lead. It sounds like you have a single lead in the ventricle.

DDDR is a mode. A mode is a way the pacemaker can be set to operate. There are four modes, indicated by four letters. The first letter tells which leads, either A atrial, V ventricle, or D dual (both leads), will be active. There is a very good Youtube video on pacemaker modes that will explain pacemaker modes in more detail.

Now we get to the crux of your question, and maybe the reason for your confusion. The first letter D of DDDR, would indicate dual lead, meaning both leads are turned on and operating. But in your case that's not possible, since you have only one lead implanted. So I don't know what mode your pacemaker is set at, but I'm pretty sure it isn't DDDR. Since only the ventricle lead is activated, the first letter of the mode setting should be V.
