aloha,
i had my pacemaker implanted this am. Release tomorrow.
I am 71, very active. Free weight body builder 4-5 days a week.
my info this am was a 8 week light duty routine before I can return to free weights resistance training
Or paddle board surfing, or yoga or housework where shoulders, or
push, pull and reach are needed
Has anyone been able to speed this time frame up? Can the scar tissue capture of wires and device be accelerated by diet or supplement?
thank you in advance

You don't want to take any chances of having to get more surgery or cause any problems I would listen to yout Dr before you start back up with the weights in the gym or do any intense arm motions.

I agree with you. I m not try yo get a short cut. I was thinking there might be a way to stimulate the tissue capture.
I can be patient. Actually, making coffee and my shower is about the most I ve done in 3 days. Thanks for commenting so late at night. Here it s mid day.
