Bodies change
by Gotrhythm - 2019-12-28 19:09:58
In the last year I've lost a little weight.
The pacemaker is much more visible under the skin than it was, and it's easy to feel the wires.
What drew my attention to the change in the skin around my pacemaker was that my bra strap was bothering the site which it never did before.
Bodies change. They just do. Yes, including what we can feel around and over the pacemaker.
I doubt if it's anything to worry about.
Pacemaker sure

Tnk y'all for all comments
I am thinking that is what happened
I have lost a few pounds which probably make the wires and pacemaker so noticeable
Did not make Dr apt yesterday
started snowing and the drive through the mtns is too frightening
will reschedule

My pacemaker was installed in 1998 and I have not felt better. The mental part is the toughest.
Knot?

A lead sticking up? I can trace mine visually. In one area it looks like they're sticking up a bit. It feels something like a knot. They're right under the surface of the skin (not more than 1/8"). Your EP/cardiologist will know better than I. He will be able to see it. ;-)
