Some questions might shed some light on what you are feeling ....

Are you having trouble sleeping or do you want to take a nap or sleep during the day?
Are you having trouble focusing on either your family, work or hobbies?
Are you wanting to stay home more than in the past?
Has a fear of sickness or even death become more prevalent?
My take and "experience is ("I know a thing or two because I've seen a thingor two") if any one or more of these questions might be answered as "yes" then I agree with Tracy that it could be depression - MANY of us have experienced depression after getting their PM's.
You know you're wired when...
You need to be re-booted each morning.

I have a well tuned pacer. I hardly know I have it. I am 76 year old, hike and camp alone in the desert. I have more energy than I have had in a long time. The only problem is my wife wants to have a knob installed so she can turn the pacer down.

All the pacer is going to do is raise your heart rate. It won't have a direct effect on anything else. Are you still on pain meds? I never want to eat when I'm taking them. New heart meds? Any other changes? Could it be depression?
