No one makes it the whole way through the healing process without raising their arm a few times! And as Crusty said, it's not likely to cause a problem anyway.

Your leads will have been chosen to provide some slack inside the heart.
The pain probably came from the pocket where your device sits and that will continue to give twinges for some time as you start to exercise, stretch your chest etc.
The small proportion of patients who suffer a lead being dislodged in the first few weeks after first implantation have usually done something clearly forbidden - multiple chin-ups, golf swings etc. Modern leads are almost always chosen with active fixation - a little metal helix is screwed a very short distance into the heart muscle - and this, combined with the slack that your EP doc chose for your leads, helps anchor things while the fibrous tissue grows around the tip of the lead(s) which is the long term really tough fixation.
