Can I do this kind of exercise? I want to make my body and stamina stronger and bigger but im not sure if this kind of exercise is ok. I had my pacemaker about 1 and half years now and I heard push ups are a no go if its true then its kinda sad. I have my check up next month though so should I just wait for it and ask my doctor directly? I dont have my doctors number so I have to wait next month to see my doctor.

Push-ups

I saw a physical therapist for persistant pocket pain and swelling. After a few weeks of gentle stretching, I progressed to resisistance band rows and pull-downs, and eventually pushups. I started PT about 4 months after placement.

There is nothing in that video I would hesitate to do, go for it. Don't start out hard doing all of it, ease into it and see how you feel, but it should be fine. Nothing about that will hurt a pacer.
PT is physical therapy.

Yesterday was my first day mountain biking after my implant. I wiped out several times and everything is fine. There are sports after pacemakers!
Yes, just go for it.

Push-ups are fine now that your leads are well embedded and your PM pocket has healed.
Go for it.
