Medtronic Faulty Leads Settlement

I know I have this lead in me but I have no clue if I'm part of this lawsuit or if it's a class action suit I'm automatically included in. Does anyone have any info to find out?

I would think you'd be included "if" you had one of the faulty wires that were placed in 2007.
Which you would surely know about by now.

You wouldnt be included in the lawsuit unless you acted upon it and contacted someone to be apart of the lawsuit. You dont just get automatically put in a lawsuit, you would have had to have been contacted about it.
