How are you going to get the pacemaker into the air fryer? And for how long do you expect to cook it?
As AgentX86 said, it should be perfectly safe.

Not necessary. They're designed to put out a quite strong AC magnetic field which can cause over-sensing. It has been found to be potential problem if the pot doesn't completely cover the '"element" (if it covers, the field is contained, if no pot the "burner" turns off).

Yes, when you use the Air Fryer affect your pacemaker . It happen to me It was very bad experience. I was scare. Do not buy any Air Fryer and never ever be near one. Since everybody have one air fryer now, we need to the people know that They can not use it when we are in their home. Especially our family.
You know you're wired when...
Your pacemaker interferes with your electronic scale.

I have had my pacer since 2005. At first it ruled my life. It took some time to calm down and make the mental adjustment. I had trouble sleeping and I worried a lot about pulling wires. Now I just live my life as I wish.
