Pins & Needles

Hi guys,

Just looking for advice and thoughts on the following.

I had my new PM implanted on my dominant RHS last April after having my previous device removed due to unfortunately getting Endocarditis..

Anyway I have recently returned to my construction /Plastering job and over the last week or so I have noticed I am getting pins and needles a lot at night time in both arms, especially if I raise them above my head. I am now wondering if this is a circulation problem and could it somehow be linked to PM.

Would really appreciate any thoughts or views on this.

Thank you all in advance.

Symptoms don't add up

Pins and needles in both arms seems unlikely to be related to the PM change from L to R.

Nighttime pins and needle in the hands says Carpal Tunnel syndrome to me, but this is *usually* on one side or the other.  I'm not an Industrial Disease specialist, but I wonder if this is the onset of problems from vibrating tools which might well affect both sides.

I would go to my primary care physician and go over the symptoms with some care (exactly where in the arms, loss of sensation etc.).  I wouldn't assume that this is related to your PM change.
