Are you on any medication? I have a CRT pacemaker fitted due to a dual lead pacemaker causing LVSD. I am on a beta blocker and ace inhibitor. These caused me dizziness at first. What is your blood pressure? Mine is sometimes low due to the medication.

I've seen many posts about people being concerned about exercise after having a device so thought I would let you know that yesterday I raced my first marathon since having my pacemaker fitted in fall 2004.

Just because a pacemaker is working exactly as it's supposed to, it doesn't mean it's meeting your needs. You mention "doctor". If your doctor is not an electrophysiologist, find one now. You need someone who specializes in the heart's electrical system.
You say "still" but did you have these symptoms before your PM? If so, the CRT isn't likely to change things overnight but you shouldn't have these problems with an LVEF of 45%, either. There is something else going on. These are classical symptoms of low blood oxygen. Besides the somewhat low LVEF (not all that bad, really) do you have anything else going on? Arrhythmias (Afib, Aflutter, long strings of PACs or PVCs)? Have they ruled out structural problems (blockages, etc)?
