What kind of bra is recommended for dual pacemaker for a small frame person?

Once I'm healed, my pacer doesn't have any impact on my bra choice. Any good department store will have fitters who can help you find something comfortable.

I had a CRT-P pacemaker implanted in May. I am still wearing strapless bras because I am worried about bra straps rubbing the pm. I bought silicone protectors online and they seem to keep the strap away but I am still anxious. A CRT is bigger than a dual lead pacemaker. Because of COVID you can’t get any bra fitting done at present. Is it safe to have a strap over the pacemaker? Mine isn’t covered by much flesh.

I would say once you are well healed and comfortable then it should be safe, but it really depends on how much friction rub is going on daily under bra straps and this will really need watching.

I am still uncomfortable 2 yrs on and frequently have to use padding under my bra strap to feel protected and comfortable.  I think next time I might get it implanted deeper since I am also small framed.

I have had a professional fitter from John Lewis with vast experience and patience bringing me sports bras, wide strap bras and the like to try.  They feel comfortable for a short while, then start irritating my skin over my device, causing redness and discomfort.  As you say, go strapless . . . or maybe braless ?

You know you're wired when...

You prefer rechargeable batteries.

I am just thankful that I am alive and that even though I have this pacemaker it is not the end of the world.
