Until March 2020 I was an active 59 year old with no health issues. August 3, 2020 I ended up with a CRT-D. 7 months of not being allowed to go anywhere & very limited at what I could do at home. I am wondering how you all deal with feeling down or depression? And a new "normal"? My mind wants to do a lot my body is slow to follow & gets tired. This week I did start working out with my trainer, which is mostly strength training. Thank you!

In life we have to consider what is more important, the loss of the vanity or the gain of the life.

My "new normal" is pretty much the same as the old normal. The biggest difference is that I work from home two days a week and when I have to be at work there are only a few people there. We do almost everything else that we did before. Life is all about risk/reward. Isolation, depression, and paralyzing fear aren't good for people either.
