post gallbladder sugery

Hi all, my name is Ashley; I am 22.  I have had my pacemaker since 12/19/2001 and on Oct 28, 2011 I had my gallbladder removed and about 4 months later I did end up in the local ER with on and off fevers and pacemaker pain ... I ended up having an infection ... now that the infection is gone my question is why does my pacemaker still hurt?
