Keep out of those microwaves!

I don't think you will have any problems as long as the aerial is above you, as it would usually be.  I'm sure you know better than standing at the same height as the active radar and letting it bathe you in X-band radiation while you admire the view.

I *think* (not an expert in this area) that there is good evidence that prolonged exposure like that would do more damage to the crystalline lenses in your eyes, causing premature cataracts - except excessive UV is even *more* powerful as a proven cause of premature cataracts.  And there's plenty of UV in the marine enviroment.

Just don't stand in front of the antenna and you'll be fine. To be sure, I'd want to stay several feet away from if, too, if possible. Microwaves aren't good for anyone so the antenna should be mounted in a safe place anyway.

The microwavses  of that size radar is only a problem if you were within inches of the radar.

Now, if you were near to some of the huge radars, things may be different.

For the definitve opinion see https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1176271/

As a matter of interest my Mother built some of the first effective RADARS ( Radio Detection And Ranging) at HM Admiralty Signal Establishment, Lythe Hill House, Haslemere, during the WW2.  She was invovled, as a navy person, with testing and develpment of the  new magnatron - the magnatron is still in use in microwave ovens.
