Home office /Electronics

Anyone experienced this? Weird feeling working at home office. A laptop, a desktop, a home phone and I phone in front. I felt my upper arms tightened if I stayed long. Something as if somebody's pushing my PM and gets heavy. Felt my head gets big and nauseous and head gets heavy. Yesterday I have to get out of the house stay on driveway  away from devices and my hands so cold. Gasping some fresh air. After an hour it went away except the heaviness of my pm and tightening left arm. Anybody has an input why it seems I am sensitive now even with my conventional oven, kitchen place.

I feel weird anytime I have to work, too. My head gets heavy until it crashes on my keyboard. Then sometimes I'll wake up,  but not always. It may have something to do with all of the electronics putting me to sleep but it has nothing to do with my pacemaker.

Seriously, there is nothing in an office that's going to affect your pacemaker unless, PERHAPS, you're sleeping directly on it. Poor posture and/or a poorly designed workspace in almost surely the problem. With many more of us working at home, outside the purview of occupational hygiene professionals, it's a wonder that we're  not seeing an epidemic of RSIs.

i have reactions to foods that give me that feeling.  Get very cold and then fall into a deep sleep for about 45 minute.  Wake up with super energy.

You might keep a food journal, write down everything you eat each meal. An the reactions if any.  than eliminate for a couple of week, put back in 1 every 4 days. to see how you feel.

I am sensitve to foods that contain Melatonin(almonds, legumes-chick peas, pinto beans etc)..  Tryptophan(turkey, banasanas, cabbage including saukerkraut, chocolate, wheat, brocolli, cauliflower.

Go online and look up food senstivity blood tests, which is a faster way. They are expensive but well worth it.

Certainly ask me any questions

Before I moved away from the  city , now retired to the country where I grew up,  no computer, just my phone.   When I would be on my computer for awhile  my pacemaker area would have a burning feeling. So when I would get off line it would be better when I turned the router off and everything off.  So who knows . Since I've been in the country I haven't had that issue.

You know you're wired when...

Trade secrets can be smuggled inside your device.

I've seen many posts about people being concerned about exercise after having a device so thought I would let you know that yesterday I raced my first marathon since having my pacemaker fitted in fall 2004.
