Technician adjustment

My wife is 74 and had a new pacemaker/defibulator installed two months ago. 

With the new device she was energetic, hungry, and not wheezy.

She went for her first checkup after the operation and now she is pre operation mode again. No energy and not hungry. 

I suspect the tech reset something wrong. My wife is not proactive about her situation. Therefore I cannot contact the doctor directly.

I would appreciate anyone’s thoughts or stories.

If you're observing significant changes in your wife's ability to function and live a normal life, it is important to take action. There is not enough information here to provide any kind of advice or guidance, and I'm just a layperson anyway.  I would suggest that you encourage your wife to call the clinic tomorrow, if you are not able to call on her behalf, and tell them how she's feeling and ask that she be seen promptly because she is not feeling well.  I hope she's feeling better soon.
