I’ve had my pacemaker almost 2 months now, I felt great last week but now I’ve had never ending nausea the last 3 days?

I was finally starting to feel a bit more normal but now I'm always nauseous for the last 3 days and I feel like I could throw up at any minute now :(
I'm not on any medications either. Has anyone faced episodes like this where sometime after the surgery you'll have random days in which you feel terrible?
this is my 1st pacemaker. I'm 30 years old and it's for complete heart block

I wouldn't be here if it were not for this amazing technology inside of me.

No, Cyborg, constant nausea over several days is not something one would expect to be associated with the PM and you should contact your medical practice. Temporary nausea is a SOB symptom that I have experienced, but not constant nausea. It's hot as heck where I am - are you keeping yourself hydrated? Nausea can result from dehydration, and if you actually are vomiting and maybe have diarrhea, the effects of dehydration can escalate pretty quickly. Pedialyte can help. Do you think this could maybe be related to a food-borne illness or vertigo?
