Hello all.  Today is Thanksgiving in the US so I'm taking this opportunity to express my gratitude to all of you here, for all you do to support others and share your knowledge and points of view.  You've touched the lives of many people.  Thank you.

Thanks Gemita - still have some herbs growing in the garden, so they'll be a much appreciated part of the meal.  My only job (ha!) is the brussels sprouts as my son is tackling the rest.  But yes, keeping it fairly simple.  As long as we all go easy on the gravy I think all will be well.  Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate, and also wishing the best to those who celebrate Native American Heritage Day tomorrow.
