From your perspective, a CRT pacemaker is just like any other pacemaker. It's a little larger to power the "third" (I only have two) lead but other than that, there really isn't anything different about it.

CRTs are generally used because your heart isn't synchronized , left to right, so isn'f pumping as effeciently as it should (measured by the Left Ventricle Ejection Fraction or LVEF).  The CRT pacemaker resynchronizes (hence its name) the left and right ventricles with the hope that this will correct the LVEF issue. But there is nothing about the pacemaker that you would notice.

There are two sorts of CRT pacemakers, just as there are two sorts of normal pacemakers.  There is the more normal pacemaker and its analog, the CRT-P (CRT-pacmaker).

  Then there is the ICD (implantable cardioverter defibrillator), which in addition to a pacemaker, will  deliver a shock to the heart to bring it out of a dangerous arrhythmia.  The analog of the would be the CRT-D (CRT-Defbrillator).

There is no difference to you between the CRT version and it's cousin.

As X86 said, you won't see much difference over a common 2 lead pacemaker. But if you haven't had one of those, your question boils down to "I am new to pacing and I don't know what to expect." If you read the forums here, you'll see this question posed in hundreds of different ways. Everyone's experience varies. You'll have some amount of discomfort from the surgery, you may notice an improvement in your symptoms, you'll feel strange feelings in your chest or tummy, you'll come here and ask about the strange feelings and we'll probably say, "Yup. Happens." Then in time you won't think about it all the time and even forget that you have your little buddy. Not forget permanently, but you'll have to remind yourself. Does that help?
