Hello,
Congrats on the 3 years and here's to many more uneventful years with your trusty ICD. I hope that you have been able to continue to live your life without any worries in regards to your device.
Take care

It was very, very tough at the beginning, but I made the decision to move on with my life the best I could :) ...with a bigger appreciation for how fragile life can be...and a much bigger awareness of the importance of AED's! I now have a happy (and active) 2-year old toddler, and another on the way!!! No shocks yet...but a couple close calls. Fingers crossed!
Wonderful news!

Lildanishgirl, well I think you have found the perfect recipe to prevent ICD shocks and to keep your arrhythmias at bay. Congratulations on your pregnancy. Hope your little one is helping you in the home and that you will remain safe and well and shock free
Thanks!!

Thank yu very much, Gemita! Yes, I take 5mg of bisoprolol twice a day, and it seems to be keeping my arrhythmias in control - knock on wood! My son 'tries' to help as much as he can - hahaha! I really do love being a Mom. Thanks for your support and have a great holiday!

Lildanishgirl,
So good to hear your news and to know that you have lived well with your ICD since your SCA. I see you gave birth to a healthy baby boy in January 2020. How is the little one now? A wonderful success story. You are an inspiration to us all. Stay well and safe and continue to enjoy your life
