I had a cardiology appointment yesterday after an annual scan two months ago.
I was delighted when the Cardiologist said that my ejection fraction was 65%! Nearly 3 years ago my EF was around 35% after my dual lead pacemaker caused LVSD and then I had to have a CRT pacemaker.
I still have moderate Mitral valve regurgitation but it has remained the same since last year's scan.
I have been feeling well since two leads were replaced nearly a year ago. Fingers crossed!
I would also like to thank everyone on this forum for their help and advice.

Oh Aberdeen, how I like to receive a success story. That is quite amazing news and your response has been excellent after your initial difficulties and concerns. Are you able to forget about your pacemaker or does it remind you that it is still there sometimes? I hope it has settled in nicely by now.
I think many of us have mild to moderate regurgitation in one or more valves, I certainly do, but they just keep an eye on it in case the degree of leakiness increases when they might consider doing something about it. But so far, like you, my valves are still doing what they should.
Your EF is better than mine Aberdeen at 55%. How come? Whoever said that a low EF and borderline heart failure cannot be reversed?

I presume you originally had your ventricle lead at the RV apex and it caused "pacemaker induced cardiomyopathy" which lowered your EF. CRT usually fixes that and I am so happy for you! What great news!
