Yes, I wear one.  Ordered it at Amazon.  A zillion styles available.  I got a tough fabric band with 5 lines printed on a metal clasp attached to the band.

In my wallet I have a card with name, d.o.b., etc., all the meds-doses-times, pacemaker info, significant contacts including cardiologist, and hospital preference.

I use a LIFEID that simply slips on my watch band. I use a Garmin, but it will fit Apple and most others. It's a simple barcode reader that will display whatever information you put into it.

i had a little plastic one i wore with the word pacemaker.  At the first surgery after getting my pacemaker . Was asked to take it off.  I said i could not,they cut it off and i never put it on again.  I carry the pacemaker card that has all the information on it next to my medicare and supplement health insurance card in my wallet.

I have a silcone one from roadID. It came with a rainbow of colors to change it out. I have two from n-style that I can switch out different bracelets for when I want dressier. They have my name, pacemaker, and the phone number for my online medical record that I got from American Medical Id. Do I wear any of them anymore? Nope. If I'm out of the house I have my phone on me and I have my emergency info all set up on the phone so I don't bother. 

I do like using the online medical record because it includes emergency contact, meds, doctors, surgical history. And because it's online and not engraved, I can keep it up to date. If you make a purchase from American Medical Id, the online record is free and you can use the number for it on prettier id's from other places.

I know this has been discussed before, but I'll give my personal opinion.

I've worn a bracelet since going with my future wife back in the 60's. I'm 78 and still like wearing a bracelet so changing to a Medical ID was no problem.

My choice is a Titanium one that's engraved with: on the front --

My name - Pacemaker - ICE name - his  phone #

On the back side -- Medtronic Pacemaker - Diabetic Type 2 + a few others.

I wear mine ALL THE TIME.  Working in my shop, sitting in the sun, sleeping -- I don't ever take it off.  If you consider it a 'piece of jewelery' to go with whatever outfit you wear - you will get in the habit of not wearing it.

I also carry an ID card in my wallet.  An on-line medical record is great if someone (other than you) can access it -- if you cannot communicate with person makes a problem for me.

BOTTOM LINE: It's a personal thing and I choose to always wear mine. Yeah, it'll get scratched up, but will always be readable as it's lazer-etched in.

I have a necklace, sort of a skinny dog tag, with:

Front:  Name

            Pacmaker dependent

            Wife's phone number

Back:  Critical medications (Eliquis Lamotragine)

           Siezure

            A/V Ablation

I also have a bracelet but can't wear it anymore. 

I don't like plastic anywhere near me so mine are stainless.

The cheapest place I've found them is StickyJ.com. They carry exactly the same products as others at up to half the price. Be careful of pricing.  Engraving is one place they can hide costs.
