New notations on pacer check report

Latest report incicated the following new items:

    BiV Percent Pacing less than limit

    PMT detections

What concerns should I have about these showing up 7 years after implant?

(65yr old, CHF (EF 55%), LBB, St. Jude Quadra Assura 3-lead CRT)

Did your dr and pacemaker tech offer any adjustments to your settings to help with the PMT or BiV percentages of pacing?

Scott, clearly the benefits of CRT are directly related to the maintenance of continuous biventricular pacing, the higher the percentage of pacing, the better for optimum heart failure treatment.  Have a look at the above attached link.  You may find some answers.

Clearly PMT (pacemaker mediated tachycardia) is having an impact and yes you should expect an explanation from your team about these two new items because although your EF is looking good at 55%, we want to keep it that way, don’t we.  

If you have atrial tachy arrhythmias, they will need better control too?

Have not heard from them since interrogation was completed on 7/17. Must be time to email them some questions...
