Is it generally safe to use wireless earbuds.?

Yes, earbuds are safe. They will have no effect on your device.

There are virtually no home appliances or electronics that we cannot use. Modern pacers are very well shielded.

I have been using wireless headbuds from day 1 of getting my pacemaker, 2 years ago, and have never had any problems : )
