My pacemaker was set vvir when I was in hospital then they set it to dddr and I'm feeling missing beats last couple of days , should I go to hospital and get checked?

I see that these "missing beats" are nothing new for you. I didn't see where you say why you have a pacemaker? It matters.
VVI is unusual for most patients. DDDR is much, much, more common, with newer pacemakers (not antiques). You had PVCs before, I imagine that you're having the same issues. IMO, a few PVCs aren't anything to worry about but certainly no one is going to say anything if you do seek help. Being worried about it is quite normal, until they can talk you down. I get tons of PVCs They're so common, and I had them checked out, so they aren't much of a concern anymore.
